Went to Red Bridges Barbecue Lodge for Father's Day Lunch in Shelby, NC - about 45 minutes from where I live.
It was excellent... pork was moist and good mix of outside brown.. Thie sauce was best in NC I've had for Lexington style.
Hushpuppies, Fries, Onion Rings were all very solid. Beans (Baked and Green) were both standard.
Bridges cooks with all wood (had the TrueCue.org certificate in window). Tried to walk by the pits in the rear but parking lot was crowded due to the Fathers' Day crowd.
