Default Rib-eye dinner done the hard way....

I love to cook steaks on my 26" Weber but I love the sear I get from my Egg. So, I used both of them....why not!??
First, I fired up the big dog.

Then I fired up the Egg

Got the Rib-eye to where I wanted it and the Egg.

Fire in the hole!!! Gave that bad boy a sear.

Throw on the plate with some sautéed shrooms and salad.

And paired with one of my favorite wines. Thank you Dave Bart!
