Default Phubar's Pulled Wildboar Neck Pron

Brined the neck in some salt water with bayleafs and crushed juniperberries.
Rubbed it with a homemade wild rub.
Smoked overnight on the mini UDS about 9 hours at 300F...

Padawan and I bought a whole wild boar a while ago...a Phriend of ours does some shooting in Siebengebirge,Germany.
I only have two shoulders lePht in the Phreezer.
