Default Dinner for the fam

Hey all, my son brought his new girlfriend over for "first introductions".
Sounds like a good time to fire up the cookers!

My challenge was, that she's a vegetarian, but does eat fish.
So, smoked salmon and grilled shrimp (swimming in garlic butter).
Also had some nice rolls and wifey made some roasted veggies.

Good impressions were had by all.

I think a vegetarian who still eats fish is called a pescatarian. Have no idea why I know that. But now you can wow your sons girlfriend with you knowledge!

Also that all looks delicious and I'm now in the mood to cook some fish n shrimps for dinner
