Default Burgers and wings

Decided to try smoking some burgers. and, thought I may as well do some wings to go with em. I used Rufus Teague Spicy meat rub on the wings and mixed some in with the ground beef before I made the patties.
300* on my UDS using Royal Oak and some sugar maple chunks.
Put some Blues Hog on the burgers and have a dip for the wings made with 50/50 butter/Franks Red Hot.
I never smoked burgers before. I'm sure glad I did.

After having smoked burgers, I have trouble making them any other way.
