 before i bug my man with a PM, can anyone(maybe even you sir, if you're so inclined) point me in the direction of donnie's pork butt process, if it has been posted here somewhere? i looked on youtube and searched here for quite a while. thanks y'all

ah, fark it.
i'll guess... little bit o hit me fred, little bit o glitter and on they'll go @ 300* some hit me fred on the side for serving. edit: i found it if anyone was interested.... Pork Shoulder - slather, lawreys dusting, dump in glitter, rest (Then just before smoking) Dump 4 sides in the Large Grained Stuff (this is also used as flipover seasoning). No special reason for 4 sides just like to do this. But fear the ends of the meat might carry too much salt in. You will see this on my video, "Mark of a good Butt"
