Default Tonights tri tip

First time with this cut... Bought a pack of them at RD so was hoping they were good as there were 5 in the pack

Cooked at 280-300 indirect for just over an hour then seared a couple mins each side. Turned out perfect. Rub was just garlic powder, salt, black pepper. Side of horseradish and if i closed my eyes i would have swore i was eating prime rib
