Default My first fatty....w/ pron

I smoked my first fatty a couple of nights ago. It was filled with bacon and cheddar cheese and then sprinkled with Montreal Steak Seasoning. No bacon weave this time, but I will do it next time.....

Thanks Cowgirl! It is a lot of fun learning how to do all of this! I will say that making just one fatty is a bad idea. With 6 people in the house, it didn't last long enough! Hmmmm....could that be the perfect excuse to make more and different things?!

A 4,288px × 3,216px is too small for me to see. Can you make it bigger?
