Definitely should give it a try...3 to 3 1/2 hours is plenty. I had the Smoke Daddy going about half throttle most of the time so it took on some good smoke no doubt.

Bob it was 65 outside so i'd put the temp in the smoker @ about 70-75.
Thanks Jeanie, now i'm thinking about that salmon you cooked...gotta get that going.
