Default Pit Barrel Cooker Ribs - Sparky's way

everyone keep asking how i like the ribs the PBC way. they're good. i need to figured out how to make them my way. piece of cake.
i'm loving the ease of using the PBC as well as the great tasting food coming off of it. light her up and away we go.

my son picked out the rubs for this rib cooked.

hang time. "everyone in the pool".

look at the nice color on those. cooked perfect top to bottom.

FL time.

my favorite part.

time for some old school know how.

1 hour in FL and time to unwrap and put back on to finish them up.

toothpick tender. were done.

rested then cutup. my son and i loved them. very good ribs.

Pit Barrel Cooker rules. this is a cooking machine. very easy to use and just alot of fun. the most important part is that every piece of food coming off the PBC is cooked perfectly. everyone should get a Pit Barrel Cooker for themselves. you will love it.

the end.

Nice work!

I used to do the hang/wrap/glaze method, but now I've gone to hanging
them for the whole cook
. Hands down the best loinbacks that I've ever
cooked. No more wrapping for me! Oh, and there's no need to cut the slabs
in half. Let 'em hang!

There's a rib how-to video at the PBC site.

The PBC does come with the grate.

I'm looking to get one for Christmas to add to my arsenal. I like the idea behind it and love that you can cook anywhere from 1 slab of ribs for a 2 man meal all the way up to 8 slabs for a crowd! Can't wait. Btw Sparky, I liked the way you used the foil to hang the ribs. Real smart thinkin' and real good lookin' ribs! You try any shoulders or butts yet?
