My neighbor brought back a cooler full of HEB tri tip from his last work trip. They were on sale for about $9 each which is dirt cheap for us. These were my last 2. I did one with the smoke on wheels bbq marinade followed by plowboys bovine bold. The other was cow cover hot and SPG. Both came out great, then I cubed some up for steak nachos for the KC Chiefs game today.
