Hi guys:
Please excuse me for this one, but I'm new, and navigating my way around here.

I notice all of you seem to have your favorite rubs and sauces, as do I, but I LOVE trying new things, and other's favorites. Are there sites I can buy this stuff ? I love using both rubs and sauces, and one of my own personal favs is Bourbon-Q, a grilling sauce out of Kentucky, that I buy by the case, as I use it with so many different foods. AWESOME flavor.

I also LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Scotch Bonnet based sauces as well.
If any of you wanna share where you get your favs, this newbie is all ears.

Thanks SO much, you guys are great !

Why not just make your own? Just take a basic rub or sauce from Google and twist it up until your happy. Just make sure you write it down so you can go back to it.

Thank you, Thank you !

I do have one of my favorite rubs for pork. It actually comes from the WWF "Can You Take The Heat" cookbook, put out about 10 years ago, "Stone Cold's Rattlesnake Rib Rub" . It is FABULOUS.

I also get the most INCREDIBLE steak rub, from a guy up in New Hampshire that I used to work with. ( secret family recipe kinda thing, so I can't seem to duplicate it ) ..........

I get lots of spices when I'm on St. John ( U.S.V.I ) at the St. John Spice Factory ( GREAT PLACE ) , and a buddy gets me Bahamian peppers for my chili as well..............But YOU GUYS,...................YOU GUYS ELEVATE THIS THING TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL, so I thought I'd ask you for some favorite sauces and rubs that YOU use. As I said, I love to try new stuff.

Thanks for the help, much appreciated.

If I had to go with just one it would have to be Todds Dirt. I buy it by the pound. Rub any meat, fish or vege with evoo and apply Dirt and maybe a little granulated and your in for a treat.

Now we're talkin', guys...............

Exactly what I was hoping for. I'm off tomorrow, so I'll have plenty of time to check these out.
