It is in the Palm Springs area of California and the class is limited to 20 people..Should be a blast!

I took a pellet envy class a couple years back that Johnny was one of the speakers/cooker. Outstanding class! alot of fun and Johnny is a great speaker/cook, and has fun.
 
No problem this is the first in our educational initiative. Look for some more classes with a lot of great cooks sprinkled around the country in 2011
 
If you don't learn something from Johnny, you aren't listening. It's worth whatever the price is just to listen to the stories he has from all his years in BBQ.
 
Breaking open the piggy bank and searching the couch for loose change...
 
I'm in . Now have to pay off the credit card to be ready for the next classes. Big Poppa thanks for getting these classes together for us on the left coast.
 
Yea, been slammed lately BP... tough to keep up with the forum. Get to visit and try to catch up on threads over the holiday :) Johnny is one of a kinda for sure. Should be a Great class!
