Default Aluminum Foil

This is an interesting read on the how much the aluminium the body can digest. I know i cook a lot during the week in foil and how it is an essential tool for BBQ. Just more of an FYI then anything.

I'm just going to quit eating the foil. With all of the publicity, I quit eating lab rats a long time ago. Them suckers have everything wrong with them.

I prefer the HD, you can scoop up those stiff dips easier.

I don't wrap food directly with foil.
I used anodized aluminum baking pans (safe, stable aluminum).
I wrap first with parchment, then foil.

Is this necessary? Dunno
Is it an easy precaution? Yep
