Tri-Tip with Kona Coast Rainbow Rub
A friend of mine in Florida sent me some Rub that he makes this Kona Rub is terrific
Rubbed and ready to go Seared at 600* a side and on a raised grid at 350* for 15-min a side for internal temp. 122* The Tri-Tip sliced up just right Served with salad and smashed potatoes. Very tasty Ross

I like brisket, I love a good steak, I like Dino Bones, I like roasts...
But a properly cooked Tri-tip to me is pure bovine eating heaven! Looks GREAT Ross! Happy Thanksgiving!
