Chicharron and Chorizo Colombian Style...
Had some store bought smoked chicharron and a few packs of Colombian Chorizo, so we had a little late night snack!
While they were cooling off, I started the Chorizo, in the same pork fat. My cardiologist is gonna have fit, if he knew about this. Got to live on the edge, once in a while.

Looks so good. Is the Chicharron sold that way or is it like a pork shoulder or butt cut down.

You usually find them in a spanish grocery store store or "carniceria". Thanks Jedi, Country and Bigmista. I agree a nice cold beer would make this complete.
