I did 3 racks. One with Rumboggies Mustard BBQ Sauce, one with Allegro BBQ Sauce and one just dry rubbed. I rubbed all 3 with Bad Byron's Butt Rub cut with turbinado. All 3 were tasty, but the dry rubbed with no sauce were my favorite. This was my first time using a mustard based sauce. I really liked the taste of it, but I don't think I used it right. I brushed it on in the last hour. It was great on the side, but didn't so much as a glaze.​
The kids really liked the Allegro. It glazed really well also. I got both in trade. This is the best deal going! I probably never would have gotten to try the mustard sauce otherwise. What the heck do non Brethren do? Poor suckers!

I think I'am going to have to do some ribs soon after them pic's
 
... all three racks look great! I often slather (mustard) my ribs so maybe get to the same place as the mustard BBQ sauce. ???
 
I'm not much into mustard for much of anything. It's too strong of a flavor and tends to cover up the essence of food.

But I have a bunch coming out of the smoker right now, wait.... let me take a shot..........................................
