Default Ribs-n- chicken

My nephew and his girlfriend were visiting at the house. He loves my ribs and my wife loves chicken. Perfect time for a quick cook on my eggs!

St. Louis cut on the XL and a Spatchcock on the Small.

The chicken was really juicy, my wife ate most of the breast meat.
