New Pizza Stone
Sundays pizza came out good but I didnt really like having to cook the two pizzas seperately. So I took the advise I got here and ordered a pizza stone from Red Sky Grilling Products. At 20x16 I can cook two pizza at the same time on my xlbge.
Thanks for the advise guys . Pron to follow after I get the stone. Jerry

Find yourself remnant from a granite counter top installer, a sink cutout will work, and cut it to the size and shape you need. You can get a masonry cutting wheel to fit on a 4 1/2 " grinder at your local home improvement store for $15, to do the cutting with. Use a hose to run water on the stone (oh ya its gona make a hell of a mess) so the wheel lasts longer and keeps the dust down. Make sure the stone you get is quarry (natural) stone and not cultured. Keep the stone in the house and dry for several days before trying to cook with it, the water in the stone can cause it to brake.

You will love the Red Sky stone. It does a great job and has plenty of room. Looking forward to some good pies.
