We are looking at the cookshack charbroiler. Big investment. What are the opinions of the grill, the cost of operation and quality of product.

Thanks for any input.
 
What do you plan on using it for? Would make a killer braiser at a restaurant. We use our for steaks/chicken, and occasionally hot cook ribs (we have a hood for ours).

It is a great piece of gear, but is pellet hungry. Don't really havea use for it at comps, but have played around with it for a hot cook machine. I have the 36" (6 grate), so I can shut off two burners and do some offset cooking on it in a pinch.
 
We are looking for a grill for grilling jobs hamburgers to porter house and everything in between. Thanks for the advice.
