Default Great Price

Thought this was ineresting at a fairly good price.
Can I get some opinions.
Thought about it for festivals and fairs.
Mostly for sandwiches, hot dogs, chips, and drinks.
Would have pulloed pork and brisket cook ahead of time and serve from trailer.
What yall think?
