:biggrin1: That's something i bet you wish you could say everday.

Grabbed a big bag of quarters so i figured it was a good chance to do further testing with my Jumbo mini....aka Jimmy Drizzly and 45 out the Jimmy quickly settled into 335* and stayed there the whole cook.

Cooked to an IT of about 163*

It really didn't require a sear since i cooked them hot but i really like a little more crispiness. If your smoker sears might as well do it!

The quarters turned out perfectly, nice and juicy and crispy outside.

Thanks for looking!

Man that's some good lookin yard bird right there!

That's awesome! Would you mind sharing a bit about that cooker?

The chicken looks great!

Thanks for not showing us your Jimmy!

NTTAWWT!

I'm also curious about the cooker. Whats with the valve in the bottom? For a second there, I thought I was on homebrew talk :-?

The ball valve is just to use for a normal air inlet and also if i want to hook up a Guru or IQ. The blue handle on the bottom is to open up the bottom vent for high heat cook or searing.
