first off this us a quick cook with the PP from yesterday

next is the pork


add a few peppers and onions


next is the dill pickles


gotta have some cheese


and the finished product

Looks great, lots of good recipes for left over pulled pork. I like making pulled pork enchiladas.

Pizza is one of our favorites with leftover pork. We sometimes put some of those French's fried onions on top right before it's done cooking

We do pulled pork pizza as well, but have never tried the dill pickles. Maybe next time.
