Default Nuttin wrong with a little butt on Wednesday!!

I got a little wild hair yesterday at the store and grabbed a butt. The wife says WTF! HA!
Anyhow, until somebody buys the ol smoker I'm gonna use it so I decided to smoke an 8lb butt today. I got the fire started at 6:30 and put it in the cooker at 7:20. Time to cruise!

Looks very good but lonely. There must be someplace close that sell JD sausage for a few fatties.

Here's my Wednesday cook 2 3/4 hrs in. using the old Char-Broil 450.
I cut my butts in half so they'll cook quicker plus I get more bark.
