That looks great. How long did it take to debone the turkey? I can debone a chicken now in about 10 minutes. Anything in particular that made the turkey more difficult

Thanks. Probably took about 30 minutes, but it probably takes me 20 minutes to debone a chicken so...
The challenge is that is't just that much bigger, and so is everything else - tendons are thicker etc...
