That's really cool Jeff. I would love to do something like that.
My son took some Tri-Tip to school with my BBQ sauce and everyone loved it. I guess that is the closest I'll come to something like that for now.

Wonder if that would count for a professional development conference?

Holding ROCK-steady at 225. Fatties at 90 degrees. I LOVE it when a plan comes together. Well, off to the cooking room to find a bowl to mix the cream cheese mixture.

That's awesome. My girlfriends father was a metal shop teacher for 33 years and he was more than excited to give me a hand on my UDS build. Sounds like a few of the kids will get some great bonding time with dad, and a great tool for their BBQ. Great job!

As always, it never goes quite as planned. Got so busy explaining, talking, answering questions and serving food that my iPad never left the counter. :( EVERY pepper? GONE! EVERY ounce of fatty? GONE!
Some kids were taking extra for friends who heard I'd be cooking but weren't even enrolled in the class. A resounding success, although this needs a larger block of class time to do justice. Will plan better next time.
