I am amazed at how quickly he got that done. Short of buying something already built, you couldn't have gotten a grill any faster, especially not a handmade beauty like that! Congrats! That looks like a joy to cook on, too. How are the temps from side to side?

Haven't done a test yet but will be doing a biscuit test over thanksgiving and post pics. Good question!
