Default Bacon Day at the Fork's House

My lovely wife, Short Fork, decided we needed a bacon day.

Not up for tending a fire today. Ready for the Brinkmann vertical gasser, Western Woods hickory and apple for the smoke.

Bacon wrapped poppers in Tri Tip? I haven't had it before but I think it's my new favorite meal.
