![]() Hey all, I'm interested in corning a tri tip ala Meatheads corning formula and cooking it like traditional corned beef and cabbage. Not thinking of smoking it for pastrami. Anybody ever done one, and how did it turn out. Thanks in advance Hmbrewr

![]() It should turn out great, thanks to the intense beefiness of tri tip. Just make sure to slice against the grain. I've corned brisket, chuck, sirloin tip, heart, round, and others too, I'm sure. Make sure to post your results!
