What is Competition BBQ

Hi,

Does anyone have or know of a document that explains what competition BBQ is?

Sort of an overview or synopsis.

I'm looking for something that would be VERY introductory, maybe 4 or 5 pages long with pictures that briefly describes the process and what is involved.

Any help is appreciated.

I don't know if this is what you're after. My intention was to cover more of the "what happens" as opposed to the "why" or "how".
