Default Saturday Night Catfish and more (with pron)

Went over to my buddy FARKLF's place this afternoon after work and we decided to do a little cooking. So a quick trip to the local store and we were back and ready to start cooking up some Catfish. The store we shopped at carries many authentic Mexican food items, so we also got some chorizo and chicken (Pierna de pollo sazonada).

Following is a glimpse of what followed:

First, here are the ingredients:



Then the fish went into the marinade:



Then a little bit of seasoning:



and then onto the cooker:




Here is a picture without the flash, so you can get a feeling for the mood:



After a couple of hours, volia:



Here are the final results:

It was a fun cook. Me and cgwaite are buddies and love to cook. the family likes the catfish this way now. No more fried catfish for us that's for sure. Thanks for the comments.
