I've heard a lot of great comments about this contest so we decided to give it a shot. Mailed our entry yesterday. Anyone else from here plan on cooking it or just being there?

It is a very high possibility, I will know more within the next 3 weeks, if I dont have to go to Dallas to pick up the Jambo I will be there.....have heard a lot of good things about the contest

Thinking about doing this one again did it in 2007 when that winter storm came thru froze my a** off cold rain turned to sleet then snow my carharts were soaked other than that nice contest.
