"Pulled Beef!"

As chosen by Shagdog and Moose for Buffalo Dave's win in the "International Fare" Throwdown.

CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:

[FONT=&quot]Your entry must feature pulled beef as an entrée, or main ingredient in any number of dishes, only limited by your imagination.

[/FONT][FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot]Pro Tip: Chuck is commonly used for pulled beef, but brisket and short ribs, and even shoulder clod work well.[/FONT][/FONT]

[/FONT]You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 9/25 through Monday 10/12.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday 10/12.

Pulled beef enchiladas
Pulled beef wraps
Pulled beef pastries
Pulled beef dumplings
Pulled beef w/pasta
Pulled beef chili
Pulled beef stuffed peppers wrapped in bacon
Pulled beef soups
Pulled beef Italian style
Pulled beef nachos

And then there's just plain pulled beef

Need a ruling from the Mods, Judges, & Powers that be:

I have a brisket point that was previously smoked, vacuum-sealed, and frozen. It would require additional cooking to "pull" and make a dish. Is this a legitimate ingredient for a throwdown, or do I need to start with a completely raw, uncooked piece of meat?

That's fine - remember:
