I made some barbecued baloney the other night and it came out great. Spicy, but sweet and subtly smokey. If you've never tried it, do so ASAP.

Thats it.....had some smoked balogna at the fun cook a few weeks ago in Eagle Park.

Now seeing this......headed to the store tomorrow.

Thanks for all the very kind words, guys. I must say that barbecued baloney is by no means new, or my idea. There are lots of recipes out there. I just presented my take on it.
