Default I want my baby back ribs (pr0n)

Well... my chiefs sucked... but my baby backs turned out PERFECT.

Dry rubbed and smoked with a little white oak and cherry.

Finished with a VERY light coating of my BBQ sauce.

Have a good rest of your Sunday!

It's actually a Georgia style sauce with a few tweaks of my own like a little coffee and a hot sauce from a local joint here. I'll post up the ingredients here when I'm not on my cell.

Thanks all!

Thanks

I like to flip them after about 3 hours. One time is all that's needed

1 Cup of ketchup

1/2 Cup of cider vinegar

1/2 Cup Firmly packed light brown sugar

1/2 Cup of coffee (a good dark roast coffee - it must be FRESH!)

2 Tbsp of Worcester suce

1 Tbsp of dry mustard

1 tsp of chili powder

1 tsp of garlic powder

2 Tbsp of your favorite hot sauce (I prefer Schlotzsky's hot suace)

Fresh cracked pepper to taste
  1. combine all ingredients into a sauce pan
  2. cook over medium heat until you get a slight boil
  3. simmer for 10 minutes or so and kill the heat
  4. allow to cool and store in a jar or squirt bottle
Enjoy!
