Default Apple cream sauce

I'm going to serve it with smoked pork loin tonight. Its got butter, apples, cream, dijon, creamy horseradish, and onion. Never tried it just seeing if anyone has. Its gonna be on the side. I've smoked several loins and all have turned out great. Sauce will be on the side so if it sucks I pretty confident the meat wont. Chime in if you've had it or something like it. Maybe its not worth the effort.

I just tend to serve good old fashioned apple sauce.

Throw cored, peeled and chopped apples into pan, add a little water and squeeze a little lemon juice over. Cook over low heat for 15mins. Add a table spoon or so of sugar and stir until disolved. Check for sweetness. Add more sugar if it's not sweet enough. Sauce Finished!

If you want to searve it warm and you like buttery sauces, a little butter can be wisked in before serving.

...also a little Cinnamon can be added if you want a sauce to serve warm with vanilla ice cream (don't add the butter if you are adding Cinnamon!).
