Default Mulberry

Hello all. I'm new around here and have just finished my first UDS. My question, is fruitless mulberry worth using to smoke. I have access to a yard full. What other kind of off the wall wood is useful? I have access to just about anything you can imagine.

Very hard wood, yellow inside.. smells like cotton candy when u heat it on top of the firebox. Mild and sweet to cook with.

I used it a lot after Hurricane Rita knocked down a big tree( along with 10 huge 80'-90' tall pine trees) in my back yard. In fact i had such a large tree, i just started burning it to get rid of it so i could get yard cleaned.

Mulberry is a great wood for smoking meats. Flavorful and a very high BTU output.
