I suppose I'll be there...

I am on the BBQ committee for the event. Let me know if anyone needs anything or if you have questions. This is the 10th anniversary of the event. We currently have 45 teams for the saturday contest and 60 teams for the Sunday contest. There will also be over 60 amateurs cooking in their contest.
 
I may just have to swing by Friday after work to put some faces to names. Maybe bring the family on Saturday and see if you guys will let me lick the cutting boards after turn ins. :tongue:
 
Im cooking for Sunday, and this will be my first contest. I'm excited and terrified at the same time. If I don't crack my Eggs in transport and I at least make the turn-ins with something edible, I will label it a success. If anyone wants to stop by with advice, I'll take it!!! 😀
 
Find me and Smokey Joel. We will be able to loosen you up a bit.

Seriously, look me up and can give you a couple of pointers. I've got the red pit.
