The watered down tooth picks
The spicy cheese filling ( recipe alert )
1.A bag of Sharp cheddar cheese ( 1 1/2 cup used and a few extra pinches )
2.1 cup of goat cheese.
3.Half cup of sour cream ( full body )
4.1/8th teaspoon of smoked dried chipolty. pepper spice.
5.1/8th teaspoon of Mexican paprika.
6.1/8th teaspoon of chili powder.
7.1/8th teaspoon of arbol chili powder.
8.1/8th teaspoon of anchos chili pwoder.
Mix well and stuff with what your stuffing it in.
&
Put the filling in bag like this and nuke in the micro wave for 30 second, Cut a small corner out of the bag and you've made your self a pasty bag for free.
Fill
Wrap with bacon.
Then smoke it like this. ( until bacon is cooked )
