I'm planning my grillzebo. It will be 8'x12' Thats about 8' tall with an "A" roof covered with corrugated roofing. It will be built on 4x4 posts. Should I use cement around the posts or just bury them?

The posts for the fence around my yard are in cement. I think you should use cement for durability.

Under construction. I should have plumbing and electrical wrapped up for the 4th. More to come as I slowly close it all the way in and add flip up concession style doors and two 8' long bars... and a bathroom... and a t.v.... and all my smoking gear.

The view is BEAUTIFUL Lewis Smith Lake.

Rear and side walls are done, I should be painting tonight and moving Smokers in tomorrow. I'll try and post pics this weekend as I complete phase one and have the break in party.

Phase one complete and I'm smoking burgers and carnitas today. Forecast predicts temps around 106 degrees... so I think I'll light a fire.

Since I started this thread a little over a year ago a lot has changed for me.

I am got a mobile trailer licensed and am starting to do a little vending, events and even some carry out. I eased into it, had my license and insurance for 9 mos before I did my first job. Took me a while to finally get enrolled in a serv safe managers class.

Anyways, here is my current setup.
