Ooo Wee… all Dem ribs look good… I have about 1 ½ before mine are ready… anticipating Ricks, Thirdeye’s, Biga’s, the Funks, I would really like to see some of Bobbriskets chipotle ribs, wisers and several others I left off.

Two racks of trimmed spares (and the trimmings), Sorry it's a little out of focus (home made rub)

First Fattie, MOINK Balls, and ABT's

Smoked with apple and Kingsford Competition (liked it)

The Fattie before it was gone, should have made 2 :)

On the table

My submission for the throwdown

Well I say I shot myself in the foot… the meat on the ribs just feel off of the bone… did not make for a very good photo… for a photo I needed to take off of the grill around 1 hr. early… but man were they good.

Excellent bro, and FYI, there is nothing wrong with using a beach umbrella!

I just pulled all of the entries out there so far to give me a head start on the VOTE thread tonight. You can still post and I will get the rest of the entries, don't worry!

I had to say however, these are some SERIOUSLY good looking ribs entered so far! This will be another tough week for sure!
