Default Hello from Canada

Hey,

I am currently living in Kingston Ontario but heading to Ottawa in a few months. Grew up in Calgary Alberta where I developed a love for steak and barbecue (or what I thought was BBQ at the time!)

About a year and a half ago I got a centro digital electric smoker on sale that I have been using to try smoking out, and a weber smokey joe. Unfortunately I live in an apartment building and I am technically not allowed to do any smoking or grilling on the balcony but I am on the top floor so there is no one on top to tell on me!

I basically have been learning to BBQ online and this looks like a great place to learn!
