Default Teriyaki Tri-Tips...

Had a hankerin' for some tri-tips last night. They turned out pretty good too! Served them up with some Parmesan crusted baked asparagus and brown rice...

Nice grill marks! What brand of Teriyaki, JD? Have you tried the kikoman roasted garlic yet on the steaks? Good stuff!

Kikoman regular teriyaki sauce on these puppies...the roasted garlic will definitely get a test drive next time though...sounds good!
