Ugly Drum Smoker
I built my first UDS two weeks ago and cooked a chicken the first night and 25lbs of spare ribs on sat for a football party. Everyone was amazed at how good they were got a rub recipe of the internet and plans for the Smoker off this forum thanks to all. Now I am making a few more UDS with the Husker theme for some of the guys at the rib party.
