Default cajun pork burgers

made up some cajun pork burgers last night. used 1 1/2 lbs ground pork that I had left over from sausage making. added one link of andouille sausage, finely chopped. 1 can of roasted green chili's (too lazy to roast one myself), some garlic, tsp. of rub, salt and pepper. man I love those things. threw a cup of mayo in food processor with a roasted red pepper, garlic and salt and pepper and blended with a little lime juice. put that on bun, topped with pork burger then grilled red onion. yum.

Had to look again. I also appreciate the simplicity of the sandwich make up.
