Default UDS Wings - cherry smoke - 3 hr - 200 internal temp - tossed in franks

rubbed with everglades heat smoked with cherry



ran the UDS 270 F to 320 F



reached 200F internal and hit with franks


fall off the bone and fine tasting

Those look great. I almost always use Oak or Pecan plus Cherry on some Oakridge Secret Weapon. Never tried Everglades, I’ll add that to my list of BBQ stuff to buy online. This is America, at least for a little while, so the length of the list is no one’s business. Well, at least not my wife’s... :-)
