Had a brisket flat ground up for burger, made some 3/4 lb burgers. Meanwhile my wife made some sauted mushrooms and shallots, and a gravy consisting of brown gravy, beef broth and horseradish.

Split the burgers to fit a tortilla, covered in liverwurst and shrooms. Back on the grill for 1 min per side, used the gravy for dipping.

Liverwurst - who'd a thunk it? Maybe toss in a bit of smoked cheese? Hmmmmm, the possibilities!

Looks great! I think I could leave the liverwurst off also.

Other than I can't stand liverwurst, they look great!

Love it!
The liverwurst subbed for pate is a great idea.
Very clever, creative and looks delicious to boot-
nice going.
