How do the flavors go together?

Foo foo or not, I love cabbage and could make a nice little cabbage wrap with that. The parsley I probably wouldn't finish though...

Looks Great If you are doing a lot of them it may be hard to keep the meat warm I would definately hit that

Looks good, but how about surrounding it with coleslaw instead? You won't get that much height as you do with the greens but at least people will grab both the slaw and the pork. Just an idea
