Default Fri. Night Chix Breast with Fried Taters

Grilled some boneless skinless chicken breasts on the red kettle tonight, and fried some red potatoes and onions on the three burner camp stove that Mama bought me for our anniversary, last week. The bad thing is now I want a gas stove in the house.

Looks great. I like the fried red potatoes. I use cast iron on the grill to fry mine.

Looks great, Brian!
I LOVE fried red potatoes and onions, but usually fry them up in a cast iron skillet for the crunch.
My mom was from Alabama, and used to make them all the time...yum! I miss her...
Happy late anniversary!

Fried taters. Now that's what I call good groceries.

I love fried taters and onions.
Your spread looks great to me Brian.
I wished I had a gas stove inside our house as well.
