Competition BBQ videos
Does anyone have a source for videos to learn from. I competed in my first backyard event and I am looking to improve my game before next year. Looking to do 2KCBS events next year and want to feel better about my product. Any ideas?

If you can't afford a class, I highly suggest trying to become a CBJ and judge a few. Trust me, there's nothing like learning the level of competition as you get from behind the judges chair.

Hey nieghbor north!. Most classes I've heard of and been to you don't have to bring a cooker. Just yourself and a note pad.
As far as some practice, we put on a cook every year geared to rookie teams to learn KCBS cooking and get feed back from certified judges. We do it for a minimal cost. It was $50 last year and that included your camp site for 2 nights, a tshirt, a saturday morning breakfast and a great gift bags for cooks. Anyway, we would love to have ya. Check out our website for infomation from last year. I'll be posting more about 2013 at the first of the year. Good luck.
